Comprehensive Land Use Plan Update!
The Existing Conditions Memo (ECM) is now available! The ECM presents Carlton County’s existing conditions and discusses their influence on the 2050 Comprehensive Plan. The memorandum is a preliminary step in the planning process and does not contain Plan recommendations. Existing conditions, issues, and opportunities identified in the memorandum will guide the development of the Comprehensive Plan.
